Prince Telecom is dedicated to providing our employees with all of the support and education they need to meet our company’s standard of work. We accomplish this through training that draws upon the experience of long-time professionals who can pass on the skills that are currently in-demand.

We take our best talent from the field to train our newest team members, which means that every new recruit gets valuable mentorship opportunities within our organization. These relationships set the tone for a rewarding career that can advance to its fullest potential.

Prince offers a two-tiered approach to training for existing team members as well as new hires. Upon joining our firm, new hires are provided an intensive 4-5 week training program. This program blends classroom instruction with practical training exercises that mirror the real-world environment recruits will be working in. These exercises include ladder safety certification, driver safety certification, and more. Our new crew members learn everything they need to know for their new role with a focus on our ethos of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

As part of a successful course of training, new hires are tested to achieve a high standard of technical expertise that qualifies them to work with their new crew and begin the lifelong process of delivering excellence all over the United States. Upon completion of Prince Telecom’s intensive training program, trainees are provided company uniforms, a company vehicle, paid fuel, cable-specific tools, and all safety-related equipment.

Once new technicians show proficiency and adherence to company practices, the second tier of training is offered for home security and advanced product installations.
